In 2020, the School District of Osceola County developed a new employee benefits program that offers higher quality coverage and greater value than ever. They knew it was something special. And, they needed to unveil it to employees in a way that would get their attention and get people excited about enrolling. We jumped right in, starting with creating the name and brand for the program itself.
We developed a fun campaign starring a few super smart kids—also known as the Council of Kids Who Care. Through a series of videos, social media posts, emails, direct mails, and on-site posters, these caring kids teach the district’s teachers and staff all they need to know about their great new benefits program.
